Children's chocolates


A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whipped cream, dark chocolate (72% (a 100 g)), white chocolate spread (pot 400 g), mini marshmallows (pack 125 g), digestive biscuits ((roll 400 g), crumbled), mice (pink and white (or blue and white, pack 280 g)), flake party (pack 300 g) and choco peanut (bag 250 g).

Directions

  1. Bring the cream into a saucepan against the boil and turn off the heat. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put in a glass bowl. Pour the hot cream over it. Hang the bowl in a pan with a bottom of hot water and ensure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Hold the water to boil and let the chocolate melt (au bain-marie). Stir occasionally until a smooth mixture is formed.
  2. Line the square dish with baking paper. Pour in the chocolate mixture (ganache). Put in the refrigerator and leave to stiffen in 3 hours.
  3. Remove the ganache from the mold using the baking paper and cut into 49 3 x 3 cm blocks (7 strips horizontally and 7 strips vertically). Brush all the cubes with white chocolate paste. Decorate with marshmallows, cookies, sprinkles, flakes and choco's.
