Vanilla pudding with marinated strawberries


A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: vanilla pods, whole milk, white gelatin, whipped cream, proteins, strawberries and sugar.

Directions

  1. Cut 2 vanilla pods open and scrape out the marrow.
  2. Bring the milk with 50 g of sugar, the vanilla pods and half of the vanilla juice to the boil, let it infuse for a while.
  3. Soak the gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes, remove the milk from the heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatine.
  4. Put the pan with the milk mixture in a large bowl of ice water to cool.
  5. In the meantime, whisk the whipped cream and whisk in another fat-free bowl with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of salt to stiff peaks.
  6. Spatula, as soon as the milk mixture begins to become lumpy, carefully pour in the cream and then the egg white foam.
  7. Spoon the mixture into the mold and allow the pudding in the refrigerator to stiffen for at least 2 hours.
  8. Meanwhile, halve the strawberries, mix the rest of the vanilla juice with the rest of the sugar and scoop the vanilla sugar with the strawberries.
  9. Let the strawberries marinate for 2 hours.
  10. Dip the pudding mold to the edge in a container with hot water.
  11. Place a bowl on the mold, turn them over and let the pudding slide out of the mold.
  12. Serve the strawberries separately..
