Strawberries with hüttenkäse and honey
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, hüttenkäse, fresh mint leaves (finely chopped), semi-skimmed curd cheese, sugar and honey.

Remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut the largest fruits in half or in three.

Bring 100 ml of water with the sugar to the boil and dissolve the sugar while stirring.

Add the strawberries and simmer for 5 minutes.

Allow the strawberries to cool in the syrup.

Mix the hüttenkäse with the honey, a tablespoon of fresh mint and the curd cheese.

Divide this mixture over four deep plates.

Scoop the cooled strawberries with a slotted spoon and spread them over the cottage cheese.

Divide the rest of the fresh mint over the strawberries..
