Marinated: Spoon the mussels in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of garlic oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Put them on a serving dish. Rub garlic shrimps and place them next to the mussels.

Sardines: Cut the sardine fillets in half lengthwise and place the strips side by side on the plate. Place the rolled up sardine fillets next to it.

Raw salmon fillet: Place the salmon in the freezer for 1 hour and then cut the fish into wafer-thin slices. Place the salmon slices on the rucola salad on the dish and divide the capers and 2 tablespoons of lemon oil over them. Grind generously black pepper over it.
