Apple-almond pie

A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, white caster sugar, vanilla sugar, cold butter (in small blocks), egg (beaten), sweet-sour apples (eg jonagold), in pieces), cinnamon powder, granulated sugar, almond shavings, gingerbread and almond paste (a 300 g).

Directions

  1. In a food processor or with a cool hand, mix flour, caster sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, half of egg and salt tip into smooth dough.
  2. Pour one third of the dough into plastic wrap and allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Express the rest of the dough in greased spring form and place it covered with plastic foil in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  5. Spread the apple with cinnamon powder, granulated sugar and almond shavings.
  6. Put the speculaas in sandwich bag and roll them with a rolling pin.

  8. Crumble almond paste above it.

  10. Roll out the remaining dough on a floured work surface and cut into strips.
  11. Place bars in plait form on apple padding and press on edges.
  12. Grabs and edges cover with residue of beaten egg.
