Apple-almond pie
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: flour, white caster sugar, vanilla sugar, cold butter (in small blocks), egg (beaten), sweet-sour apples (eg jonagold), in pieces), cinnamon powder, granulated sugar, almond shavings, gingerbread and almond paste (a 300 g).

In a food processor or with a cool hand, mix flour, caster sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, half of egg and salt tip into smooth dough.

Pour one third of the dough into plastic wrap and allow to set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Spread the apple with cinnamon powder, granulated sugar and almond shavings.
