Chocolate cakes with hot chocolate sauce
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: almonds (box 100 g), chocolate extrapure 72%, butter (at room temperature), white caster sugar (bag 600 g), eggs (split), icing sugar (to dust), whipped cream (200 ml) and vanilla sugar (pack of 10).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Roast the almonds in frying pan without butter or oil until golden brown. Leave to cool on a plate. Grind the nuts in the food processor. Break 50 g of the chocolate into pieces. Put in a microwave dish and melt in the microwave for 1 minute at 500 watts. Stir the chocolate well and allow to cool slightly.

Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a whisk until a soft, creamy mixture. First add the chocolate and then the egg yolks and the almonds. Stir through.

Mix the proteins in a clean bowl. Spoon the chocolate mixture on the egg whites and spat everything lightly, but evenly. Divide the batter over the timbals.

Put the molds in the roasting pan. Pour as much hot water into the roasting pan until the molds are half in the water. Place the roasting pan on the grid in the middle of the oven. Cook until about 35 minutes. Put a skewer in the middle of a cake. If it comes out dry, the cake is done.

Remove the molds from the water and let cool for 5 minutes. Take the cakes out of the molds and put them each on a plate. Pollinate the cakes with icing sugar.

Melt the rest of the chocolate in a saucepan with 3 tbsp. Beat the rest of the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Serve the chocolate sauce and the cream with the cakes.
