Directions

  1. Peel the apple, cut it in four and cut out the core.

  9. Heat a knob of butter in the frying pan and spoon with 3 tablespoons of batter.
  10. Press 3 spice nuts in each mountain.
  11. Bake is bubbling to the top.
  12. Turn the pancakes with a spatula and bake the bottom until golden brown.
  13. Place the pancakes on a plate and repeat if necessary.
