Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.

Heat the juice from the pineapple, squeeze out the gelatine and put it in the pineapple juice.

Stir in the regular sugar and vanilla sugar and let the juice cool down.

Beat the whipped cream almost stiffly. Add the liquid gelatine mixture and stir into an even mass.

Then add the chopped pineapple.

Leave for a few minutes and stir until the pineapple pieces do not sink to the bottom of the bowl.

Put the pudding in a mold and let it stew for an hour in the fridge or cellar.

Turn the pudding over on a flat dish and serve immediately.
