Tomato-mint sorbet
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: tasty tom tomatoes (about 300 g), fresh mint, sugar and lemon (pressed).

Remove the tomatoes and cut them into very small cubes.

Keep the tops and 4 large leaves of fresh mint apart.

Put the sprigs of fresh mint with the sugar in a saucepan and pour 150 ml of water.

Bring to the boil and let the water bubble gently until all the sugar has dissolved.

Turn off the heat and allow the sugar-mint syrup to cool.

Remove the sprigs of fresh mint from the syrup.

Cut the leaves into gossamer shreds.

Keep some chips separately for garnishing; stir the rest with the lemon juice and the tomato cubes through the syrup.

Transfer the mixture to a container and put it in the freezer for 3 hours.

whisk each half hour with a fork or whisk through the mass to break the coarse ice crystals.

Spoon a scoop of sorbet ice cream into six whiskey or cocktail glasses and garnish with the chips..
