Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Melt the coconut oil on low heat in a pan. Allow to cool.
  2. Wash the apples and cut them unpeeled past the core on 4 sides in slices of 1 cm thick.
  3. Cut the slices into cubes of 1 cm. Chop the nuts coarsely.
  4. Beat the eggs with the honey to a smooth mixture using a hand mixer. Fold in the almond flour, the baking powder and coconut oil.
  5. Then sprinkle the cubes of apple and nuts through them.
  6. Line the cake tin with baking paper and scoop the batter into it. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 45 minutes.
  7. Cover if necessary after 30 minutes with aluminum foil if the cake gets too dark. Allow to cool.
