Apple chips with cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 100ºC. Wash or peel the apples. With an apple drill, cut the core out of the apples and scrape or cut the apples into very thin slices.
Place the slices on the baking sheet and dry the apples in the oven for about 1.5 hours, until they are crispy. In the meantime, use a colored paper tray: fold a square piece of paper into 16 squares. Cut the corners, fold them into a tray and stick or not.
Allow the apple chips to cool, sprinkle with some cinnamon powder and spread the apple chips over the containers.
