Roasted almonds with garlic, thyme and sea salt

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a bowl, mix the almonds with the olive oil, garlic and thyme leaves so that the nuts are completely covered.

Sprinkle with sea salt and spread the almonds evenly over the baking sheet.

Bake in the oven in about 10 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Allow to cool down and serve hot.
