Snack bars of chocolate and hazelnuts

Cut the chocolate into pieces and chop the hazelnuts roughly. Let the chocolate melt in a small pan with a thick bottom on very low heat while stirring.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the hazelnuts and All-bran Fruit and Fiber. Pour the mixture quickly onto a piece of baking paper and spread it out to a rectangle of 10 cm wide, 20 cm long and 2 cm thick.

Let the chocolate become firm again in a cool place. Then cut the slice of filled chocolate into 10 strips of 10 cm long and 2 cm wide. Pack the bars individually in plastic wrap.
