Artichoke puree with mint
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: artichoke hearts ((a 400 g), drained), mint (a 15 g), extra virgin olive oil and ciappe (Italian toast).

Place the artichoke hearts in a colander and press out as much moisture as possible.

Puree the artichoke hearts, fresh mint and oil with a hand blender or a food processor and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the artichoke puree on the toast or serve it as a dip, with breadsticks..
