Directions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough well.
  2. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.

  5. Drain the water and puree the ingredients into a fine mixture.

  10. Press the edges closed with a fork.
  11. Heat a layer of oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the pastels in approx.
  12. 5 minutes.
  13. Turn them occasionally.
  14. Delicious with a dip of red (tomato) sauce..
