Chipolatas with paprika chicken
A tasty recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: meat, pork skatata (sausages, approx. 225 g, organic), olive oil, almonds (dry roasted (bag 125 g)), mayonnaise, ground cumin (djinten) and grilled peppers (a 295 g).
Turn each sausage in the middle, so that 2 sausages arise. Cut them apart. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in approx. 8 min. Brown and done.
Mash the almonds, mayonnaise, cumin and peppers with the hand blender into a sauce. Serve the sausages with a skewer and add the sauce as a dip.
