Spicy green olives
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: large green olives with seeds, red pepper, ground cumin (djinten), paprika, driedoregano, olive oil and garlic (or 1 large).

Drain the olives and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Pepper, halve, remove seeds and cut into strips.

In bowl of cumin, paprika and oregano, beat with oil.

Peel the garlic and press it over it.

Prepare pepper strips and olives.

Keep the olives covered for at least 1 day at room temperature.

Serve with cocktail sticks..
