Little gem with creamy curry chicken
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, little gem (lettuce), sunflower oil, chicken breast strips, Thai red curry paste, whipped cream (23% fat), Thai fish sauce and fresh coriander.

Remove the leaves from the lettuce heads. Spread the largest leaves on a large, flat dish. Keep the rest in a salad.

Heat the oil in a small pan with non-stick coating and fry the strips of chicken for 1 minute. Add the curry paste and fry everything for another 2 minutes. Add the cream and bring everything to the boil again. Add fish sauce to taste.

Spoon the chicken curry onto the lettuce leaves. Cut the twigs of coriander into 2 or 3 pieces and place a sprig of coriander on each filled leaf.
