Snack of a small burger of goat cheese and panko with lettuce and walnuts on a roll.

Heat the bread rolls from the partymix according to the instructions on the package in the oven. Cut the bread rolls in half.

Beat the egg. First take the slices of goat cheese through the egg and then through the panko.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the slices of goat's cheese on high heat on both sides until golden brown.

Remove the light green leaves from the heart of the lettuce. Place the bottom half of the rolls here. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Divide the slices of goat cheese over the lettuce and sprinkle with the walnuts. Sprinkle with the balsamic syrup and cover with the other half of the buns.
