Marinated salmon fritters
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet, garlic, fresh oregano, paprika, ground cumin (djinten), sherry vinegar, hot peppersauce, flour, egg, polenta (cornmeal) and oil.

Cut salmon fillets into 20 equal pieces. Put salmon in bowl. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Top the top of Oregano. Add paprika, cumin, salt, vinegar and peppersauce and carefully season with salmon. Leave in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Sprinkle flour on plate. Untie egg with a splash of water. Do polenta in deep plate. Arrange salmon pieces one by one first through flour, then through egg, then through polenta. Heat in wok oil. Cook salmon pieces in 3 servings in hot oil for about 2 minutes and bake until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve immediately.
