Mix the flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Add the oil and water. Knead until a smooth dough.

Cover with a damp, clean tea towel. Leave for 45 minutes in a warm, draft-free place.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Cut each tomato into 5 slices.

Divide the dough into 20 balls. Roll out each ball with the rolling pin to a round of Ø 8 cm and place on baking sheets covered with parchment paper.

Brush the dough with the pesto but leave the edges free. Put a slice of tomato on top and sprinkle with the cheese.

Fry the pizzas in the middle of the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove the pizzas from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.

Place 10 pizzas with the salami and the rest with the smoked salmon.

Garnish with the arugula. Yummy! .
