Breaded meatballs with mustard
Dutch dish with minced meat, gherkin, mustard and breadcrumbs.

Slice the pickles.

Knead the mince with the pickle, cornstarch, ketjapmarinadeen mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Turn 16 equal balls with moist hands.

Put the flour in a deep plate. Beat the egg in another deep plate. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs in a deep plate.

Take the balls one by one through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a large pan to 170 ºC. Check the temperature with the kitchen thermometer.

Fry the balls in 3-4 min. Golden brown and done. Drain on kitchen paper. Give it mustard and cocktail sticks separately. Bon appétit! .
