A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: cucumber, mini carrots (bag of 300 g), red peppers (or yellow), young cheese (flat piece of approx. 300 g), snack sausages natural and / or spicy (pack of 2 à 28 g ), fantasia dipping sauce (bag of 6 g), yoghurt mayonnaise and stuffed peanut peanuts.

Directions

  1. Wash the cucumber and cut it into 3 pieces. Cut the pieces in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut each piece into 4 long strips. Cut the carrots in length into 2 strips. Cut the strips in half lengthwise. Wash the peppers and cut them in half. Remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into long, thin strips.
  2. Cut the crust of the cheese. Cut the cheese into long, narrow strips. Cut the sausages into 4 strips each in length. In a bowl, mix the powder for the dips with 3 tablespoons of water and 6 tablespoons of yoghurt mayonnaise.
  3. Fold 12 large point pockets from the sheets of paper and stick them with adhesive tape. Cut out of the baking paper 12 sheets the size of an A4 sheet and fold them into point pockets. Stick it too. Put the baking paper bags in the colored bags and stick them together with adhesive tape.
  4. Divide the cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, cheese, sausage and peanut primed strips over the bags. Spoon a large spoon of the dipping sauce.
