A tasty recipe. The snack is made with the following ingredients: Twijfelaar (3 milk cheese), cream spring onion, Blue auvergne50 (bluefin cheese from cow's milk), le marcaire (red crust cheese), fresh goat's cheese honey, fig roll metamandel (coaster for cheese) and quince confiture.
