Cucumber rings with ham
Tasty snack of cucumber, ham and pickles garnished with dill.

Directions

Wash the cucumber and cut a number of strips of the skin lengthwise with a peeler, so that a stripe pattern is created.

Cut slices of about 1 cm from the cucumber. Use an apple drill (or knife) to cut out the seed lists.

Cut the slices of ham in half lengthwise and roll the strips around the pickles.

Place a tuft of dill on the ham-pickle rolls and put them through the cucumber rings. Serve immediately.
