Artichokes omelet with dried tomato
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs, whipped cream, grated cheese (pecorino), freshly ground four seasons, garlic (pressed), dried tomatoes (in strips), artichoke hearts ((out of the tin), in parts) and olive oil.

In, eggs can whip away with whipped cream. Stir in cheese and pepper to taste. Combine garlic, tomato and artichoke in a bowl.

Fry the oil in a pan and stir the artichoke mixture for 3-4 minutes. Spread the egg mixture and let it solidify. Place the pan under the gourmet grill and also allow the top to turn golden brown.
