Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  2. Cut off the woody end of all asparagus. Cut off the root and the top piece of dark leaves from the spring onions. Cut the potatoes into medium thick fries.
  3. Put everything together with the crushed cloves of garlic on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the herbs, pepper and a good pinch of coarse sea salt. Pour the olive oil over and mix everything well.
  4. Bake the asparagus and potatoes high in the oven in about 20 minutes brown and done.
