Lime garlic shrimps


A tasty asian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, limes (scented), giant shrimps ((500 g, frozen), thawed), garlic (sliced), olive oil, chilli (mill 26 g), coriander ((15 g) and leaves coarse cut).

Directions

  1. Grate the green skin of the limes and press the fruit. Put the shrimps in a bowl and add the grater, juice, garlic and oil. Season with hot pepper and salt. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok without butter or oil and stir-fry the prawns with marinade over a high heat for 5 minutes until tender. Scoop in a bowl and sprinkle with the coriander. Delicious with baguette and lime wedges.
