Directions

  1. Heat the oil in the gourmet pan and fry the peeled shrimp until they are pretty pink.
  2. Divide the finely chopped garlic, pepper strips, chopped spring onions and pineapple around the shrimp and fry everything for a while.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and chilli sauce.
