Roast the almonds in a dry hot skillet. Let them cool and puree them with the hand blender.

Peel the avocado and remove the kernel. Put the pulp, 125 milliliter yoghurt, the honey and the lemon juice into the finely ground almonds in a measuring cup. Puree everything. Pour this mixture into two glasses.

Puree 5 strawberries with the rest of the yoghurt and pour it on the avocado smoothie.

Decorate the glass with the remaining strawberries and insert two straws.
