Mushroom trumpet
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, mushroom blend ((a 200 g), in strips), butter, spring onions ((3 pouch), chopped), garlic (pressed), dry white wine, dried thyme, celery (chopped ), gormas ((cheese) and in small pieces).

Clean the mushrooms with kitchen paper.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the spring onions, mushrooms and garlic over low heat for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the whole with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Add the wine and let the moisture evaporate on high heat.

Stir the thyme and celery through the mushroom mixture and remove the pan from the heat.

Make layers in the soufflé shapes of the mushroom mixture and the gormas, finish with the mushrooms.

Press the whole light on and turn the timbalentjes on the signs.
