Cut the onion into thin rings. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan and the onion rings in 10 min. Until they are translucent.

Cut the apple into thin segments and add, bake for about 5 minutes.

Spoon the red cabbage through the onion with the apple and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the coal is al dente. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir in the vinegar at the last minute.
