Salad with tomatoes, paprika, lime, walnuts and pomegranate seeds

Cut the tomatoes into slices and arrange them on a dish. Drain the peppers and cut into small cubes.

Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Add the lime zest and juice to the sweet pepper cubes.

Chop the walnuts coarsely and add to the pepper salsa together with the pomegranate seeds. Spoon over, spread over the tomatoes and drizzle with the walnut oil.
