Polenta pride


Homemade french fries of polenta, butter, Parmesan cheese and truffle mayonnaise.

Directions

  1. Bring the water to the boil with the bouillon tablet.
  2. When the water boils, add the polenta while stirring. Turn down the heat and stir for 5 minutes until the polenta has thickened. Turn off the heat.
  3. Add the butter and grate the Parmesan cheese above it. Stir and season with pepper and salt.
  4. Line the dish with parchment paper and scoop the polenta into it. Allow to cool for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the polenta from the dish and cut the slice into French fries.
  6. Heat the oil in a (stew) pan to 180 ° C. Bake the French fries in portions of approx. 10 pieces in golden oil in 8 minutes.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper.
  8. Serve the fries on a nice scale with the truffle mayonnaise separately.
