Directions

  1. Grate the ginger.
  2. Peel the apples, remove the cores and cut the apples into pieces.
  3. Peel the mango with a peeler and cut the flesh into slices of the kernel.
  4. Cut the slices into cubes.
  5. Spoon the apple cubes and mango cubes in a pan with the ginger and cardamom.
  6. Pour in the apple juice and bring to the boil.
  7. Boil the fruit gently in ten to fifteen minutes.
  8. Stir everything into a coarse pot and allow to cool.
  9. Spoon the mashed potatoes into bowls and insert a cinnamon stick.
