Greek salad with yoghurt dressing
Salad of feta, red onion, olives and Greek yogurt.

Slice the garlic and mix with the oil and fresh mint into a marinade.

Cut the feta in slices of ½ cm thick. Place in a deep bowl and sprinkle with the marinade.

Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into sloping slices of ½ inch wide.

Cut the stalk of the jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin rings.

Drain the feta, but collect the oil. Mix the oil with the yogurt and water into a dressing.

Season with pepper and salt. Put in a bowl.

Place the bowl with dressing on a flat dish and spread the feta, onion, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeño pepper and olives over the dish.
