Greek salad with yoghurt dressing


Salad of feta, red onion, olives and Greek yogurt.

Directions

  1. Slice the garlic and mix with the oil and fresh mint into a marinade.
  2. Cut the feta in slices of ½ cm thick. Place in a deep bowl and sprinkle with the marinade.
  3. Let alone until use, but occasionally scoop carefully. Cut the onions into rings.
  4. Halve the peppers in the length, remove the stem and seed lists and cut the flesh lengthwise into strips of 2 cm wide.
  5. Sprinkle the onion, peppers and tomatoes with the oil.
  6. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the onion and paprika for 4 minutes. Turn halfway. Grill the tomatoes for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Meanwhile, cut the cucumber into sloping slices of ½ inch wide.
  8. Cut the stalk of the jalapeño pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into thin rings.
  9. Drain the feta, but collect the oil. Mix the oil with the yogurt and water into a dressing.
  10. Season with pepper and salt. Put in a bowl.
  11. Place the bowl with dressing on a flat dish and spread the feta, onion, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, jalapeño pepper and olives over the dish.
