Tex-mex wraps from the barbecue
Wraps of the barbecue with tortilla wraps red onion, hot salsa, young mature Gouda cheese and beef smoke.

Light the barbecue and provide medium heat. Chop the onion as finely as possible.

Brush each wrap with 1½ tbsp salsa. Divide the cheese slices, onion and the smoked meat in succession.

Roll up the wraps and put 2 in the fish clip. Wrap a piece of aluminum foil around the clamp.

Place the clamp on the barbecue for 6 minutes so that the cheese melts. Times regularly.

Remove the foil from the clamp and grate the wraps for 1-2 min. Turn very regularly, because the wraps quickly change color.

Remove the wraps from the clamp and serve. Barbecue the following wraps in the same way.
