Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Grate the peel of 1 orange.
  3. Peel the oranges thick until the flesh becomes visible and cut out the segments between the membranes. Collect the juice.
  4. Mix the orange juice with the orange zest, oil and thyme and pour in the white cabbages.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and spread over a baking sheet.
