Roasted turkey with sweet parika and aioli.

Squeeze out the lemon. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the lemon juice and allow to cool.

Cut the turkey into 12 slices (3 pieces per person). Mix through the butter mixture and let stand for 15 minutes (the butter solidifies again, but that is allowed).

Sprinkle the spring onions and the pointed pepper with the oil.

Roast the turkey and the pointed pepper in 6 minutes on the barbecue. Times regularly. Roast the spring onions for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, cut the garlic very finely. Mix the lemon mayonnaise with the garlic and paprika powder.

Serve the turkey with the aioli in a separate dish.
