Tomato salad with broccoli
Salad full of color and flavor, with broccoli, tomato, paprika and Pecorino Romano cheese.

Cook the broccoli in salted water for 4 minutes in water. Rinse under cold running water and drain in a colander.

Cut the tomatoes in four. Cut the onion into thin rings, the bell pepper into strips and mix with the broccoli.

Beat a dressing of the oil, vinegar and honey. Season with pepper and salt.

Sprinkle the salad with the dressing, scrape the cheese with a peeler on top. Serve immediately.
