Beet salad with walnuts
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs, garlic, peeled walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice (freshly squeezed), liquid honey, salt and pepper, boiled beets and fresh dill.

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes, rinse under cold water and let cool.

Meanwhile, peel garlic.

Mince the walnuts with garlic in the food processor.

Pour oil into a thin stream.

Add lemon juice and honey.

Season with salt and pepper.

Peel the beet and cut into slices of approx.

1/2 cm thick, arrange on a flat dish.

Peel eggs, cut into slices and spread over beetroot.

Give dressing to it.

Cut dill into pieces above it..
