Cut the zucchini into 3 cm pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook over a high heat for 4 min. Brown. Take out of the pan and keep separate.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion over medium heat 5 min.

Peel the ginger. Slice the ginger and garlic. Add the ginger and the garlic to the onion, the cinnamon stick and cumin seeds and bake for another 3 minutes.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut the red pepper finely.
