A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cucumbers, red pepper, oil, garlic (finely chopped) and coconut milk (200 ml).

Scoop the seeds with a teaspoon out of the cucumbers and slice the flesh into slices.

Heat the oil in a stirring and add the garlic and red pepper.

Fruit 2 min.

Add the cucumber and stir-fry 3 min.

Add the coconut milk and warm for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Grate the green skin of the lime above and serve with lime juice.

Sprinkle with the coriander..
