Mini-rainbow burgers from a gourmet pan
Gourmet at Christmas with burgers and gourmet sandwiches with cheese and vegetables.
Cut the sweet vegetables and radish into thin slices. Cut the cheese into 8 equal slices (at 8 portions).
Heat the gourmet set. Divide the oil over 4 pans (with 8 portions). Fry the burgers in the pans in about 5 minutes until golden brown. Turn halfway.
Place the slices of cheese on the burgers for the last 2 minutes and grill briefly under the gourmet grill.
Meanwhile, halve the rolls and grill them with the cutting edge downwards for about 2 minutes on the gourmet plate.
Spread the cutting edges of the rolls with the aioli. Put a vega burger on each bun.
Divide 2 slices of each type of vegetable. Top the citizens with the top. Put a tapas stick in every burger.
