Directions

  1. Cut the green beans in half.
  2. Boil them in water with salt in about 6 minutes until al dente.
  3. Heat a wok and pour in the oil.
  4. Stir-fry the ginger and garlic 2 min.
  5. Add the green beans and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with the coconut..
