Oriental green beans
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans (stalks and tips removed), sunflower oil, fresh ginger (chopped), garlic (finely chopped) and coconut (ground (container 55 g)).

Cut the green beans in half.

Boil them in water with salt in about 6 minutes until al dente.

Heat a wok and pour in the oil.

Stir-fry the ginger and garlic 2 min.

Add the green beans and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
