Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Fry the chicken drumsticks in a roasting pan or oven dish in the center of the oven for about 45 minutes until tender and golden brown. Change every 15 minutes.
  3. If necessary, pour a few tablespoons of water if the roasting tray becomes too dry. If necessary, cover the chicken drumsticks with aluminum foil.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken with the spring onions and serve with lime wedges.
