Stir-fried steak with snow peas and bok choy

Roast the peanuts in a dry, hot frying pan and finely chop them. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet on a high setting and fry the steak without the marinade in about 2 minutes golden brown.

Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the paksoi, snow peas and mushrooms for about 3 minutes in the shortening and pour the marinade.

Add the steak again and fry for another minute. Sprinkle with the peanuts and red pepper. Tasty with noodles or rice.
