                            Stewed spinach with fresh cheese (saag paneer)
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: butter, onion (finely chopped), cumin (djinten), garlic (finely chopped), fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), cayenne pepper, ground coriander (ketoembar), tomatoes (cut into pieces), spinach ( fresh (300 g), coarsely chopped), cottage cheese (cheese and container 200 g).

                                Heat the butter and fry the onion with the cumin seeds over medium heat in 5 minutes until golden brown.

                                Turn down the heat, add the garlic and the ginger and fry for another minute.
 - 
                                Add the cayenne pepper and coriander and fry for another minute.
 - 
                                Add the pieces of tomato and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
 - 
                                Raise the heat and add a good hand of spinach.
 - 
                                Let the spinach shrink.
 - 
                                Repeat with the rest of the spinach and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, without lid on the pan.
 - 
                                Spoon the cottage cheese through the spinach and serve immediately.
 - 
                                Delicious with the shrimp curry..
