A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: butter, onion (finely chopped), cumin (djinten), garlic (finely chopped), fresh ginger (peeled and chopped), cayenne pepper, ground coriander (ketoembar), tomatoes (cut into pieces), spinach ( fresh (300 g), coarsely chopped), cottage cheese (cheese and container 200 g).

Directions

  1. Heat the butter and fry the onion with the cumin seeds over medium heat in 5 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Turn down the heat, add the garlic and the ginger and fry for another minute.
  3. Add the cayenne pepper and coriander and fry for another minute.
  4. Add the pieces of tomato and cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
  5. Raise the heat and add a good hand of spinach.
  6. Let the spinach shrink.
  7. Repeat with the rest of the spinach and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat, without lid on the pan.
  8. Spoon the cottage cheese through the spinach and serve immediately.
  9. Delicious with the shrimp curry..
