Directions

  1. Mix the cumin powder (djinten) with coriander powder (ketoembar), cardamom powder, the ground black pepper, cinnamon powder, clove powder, nutmeg and, if desired, 2 chilli powder and ginger powder (djahé).
  2. Keep the garam masala in a well-sealed container.
