Steak with soy, pepper and ginger

A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, sesame seed (100g container), premium steak ((a 2 pieces), at room temperature), butter, pepper, fresh ginger ((bag (150g), peeled), sesame oil (bottle 250ml ), soy sauce, spring onions ((3 pieces) and in rings).

Directions

  1. Roast the sesame seed in a frying pan without butter or oil in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan over high heat and put 25 g of butter in the pan as soon as it is hot. Wait until the foam disappears from the butter and put the steaks in the pan. Add the rest of the butter after 1 min.
  2. Keep the steaks moving. Fry the steaks as desired, medium or well done. Remove the steaks from the pan and leave on a (hot) plate for 5 minutes under a lid.
  3. Meanwhile cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Grate the ginger. Stir in the pepper, ginger and sesame oil through the soy sauce. Cut the steaks into slices of ½ cm. Place them on a plate and put the sauce on top of it. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and the spring onions.
